cellcard AI Student is strictly for academic purposes only. Users may only ask questions relevant to the education sector and uploaded educational contents. Any misuse for entertainment, political, offensive, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.
AI responses are generated based on algorithms trained on a wide range of data and uploaded contents. While the AI system aims for high relevance accuracy, cellcard AI Student does not guarantee factual correctness, completeness, or suitability of any purpose. Users are solely responsible for cross-verifying information with trusted academic sources before relying on it.
AI-generated contents may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or misleading. cellcard AI Student shall not be held liable for any academic decisions, examination outcomes, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated responses. It is the user responsibility to verify the responses from the reliable sources.
Users may upload documents in text-based PDF format. Scanned images, screenshots, or non-searchable documents are not supported. Only academic material should be uploaded. Uploaded files must not contain any offensive, or sensitive contents.
Users can upload images for academic queries (e.g., questions from textbooks or notebooks). Images must be clear, readable, and relevant to the academic context.
Uploaded contents and interactions may be processed to improve AI performance and user experience. cellcard AI Student reserves the right to review, flag, or delete contents that violates this terms and conditions. No personal user data is shared externally without consent, in compliance with local data protection laws in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
cellcard AI Student may update, limit, or discontinue service features (including AI functionalities) at its sole discretion without prior notice. Users will be informed of major changes affecting access or subscription plans.
cellcard AI Student reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user is found violating the terms of use, engaging in inappropriate conduct, or posing a security or ethical risk to the platform or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users are advised to check for updates regularly. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through mutual deliberation, and if not settled, will be handled by the competent Court of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
